RETURN POLICY


If the product has been paid for and the delivery still does not take place, it is possible to move the order to another date by contacting us by phone. It is possible to cancel the order before the order is prepared (at least 2 days before the selected delivery date).


Please note that the refusal of the product does not apply to food products intended for immediate consumption.


If you have received a damaged, incorrect or low-quality item, you must send a photo and a brief description of the problem to our e-mail within 2 hours of receipt. Based on the confirmation of the case, SWEET ROSE will refund the money for the product within 5 working days. SWEET ROSE has the right to request the return of the product, which must be returned to us within 2 hours of receipt.


In case of product return or order cancellation after the delivery has already taken place, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
